Charity Subscription Agreement

How To Use

This agreement is generally used by a subscriber to establish the rules under which they will give money to an organization to “challenge” others to give a substantial sum.

It also protects the subscriber by allowing them to put, in writing, what they mean so the charity cannot be critical or legally contentious about their activities if they live up to this agreement.

  • Make multiple copies. Be sure to keep a copy in your safe. If you are unduly concerned about this process, don’t commit yourself to give the money or assets at all.
  • If you are the Charity, this document is a good agreement to get signed to keep the subscriber or potential subscriber committed to the agreed upon plan.
